Yatra Festival is more inclined towards the whole
spectrum of Psychedelic Trance, Techno and Electronic Chill Music.
We are also open to experimental music and other
sounds that carry a similar psychedelic experience.

We invite facilitators from all fields — including art, ecstatic dance, yoga, breathwork, and more — to share their gifts with our community.

Visionary Artists
Applications
Art and artistic expression is a very important aspect of Yatra Festival. Think installations, live performance, audiovisual (projection), sculpture and everything in between. We are happy to hear about your artistic concept no matter how bezire it is, we could find a space for it at Yatra.
Performers/Circus Applications
We are looking for stage dancers, fire dancers, buskers, roaming performers, cabaret or whatever your preferred flavour of expertise is. Together, we hope to create a colourful and exciting atmosphere for all of Yatra attendies to marvel at.
Market & Food Stall Applications
We’re on the lookout for talented, crafty creatives offering handmade art, jewellery, festival clothing, UV-reactive creations...
Food vendors can serve fully plant-based goodness to tasty burgers and everything in between.

Media and storytelling are a vital heartbeat of Yatra Festival. From photography and film to interviews, and behind-the-scenes magic, your lens and creativity help capture the soul of our gathering. Whether you work with cameras, drones, audio, or experimental formats, we want to hear your ideas. No matter how wild or unconventional, there could be a place for your vision at Yatra.
Healers Applications
Healing and wellbeing are an essential part of the Yatra Festival experience. From bodywork, massage, and sound healing to energy work, herbal medicine, and sacred rituals, your gifts help nurture and restore our community. Whether your practice is traditional, experimental, or completely unique, we’d love to hear your vision.
Crew Roles Applications
We’re looking for experienced, passionate individuals to join the core crew
of Yatra Festival 2026 and help create an unforgettable experience.
Roles include site management, promotions, production, brand representation, and more.
Applicants must be NZ-based, have relevant experience, and
be ready to start work months before the festival.
